“Meditation means the mind is turned back upon itself. The mind stops all the thought-waves and world stops. Your consciousness expands. Every time you meditate you will keep your growth”

Dear Divine soul,
Welcome to my Blog!
In my last Blog, I have discussed. about “Stress and its Scientific Management by Yoga” (Link). An awareness of the important determinant and dimension of health is lacking in the society i.e. Spiritual Health. In the area of mind body intervention and mental health it has shown many positive outcomes and results.
According to World Health Organization definition of Health is “Health is complete state of physical, mental and social well-being and not merely an absence of disease or infirmity”. It affects the individuals personal, Social, professional and spiritual spheres.
Disturbances and Turbulence in Psychological health leads to many problems in the journey of life, like

  1. Great blog post / article. I have worked with drug addicts for a long time , but did not come along one that admitted to have a LSD addiction. Amphetamines and Barbiturates and legal (!) opioids in form of pills where quite more common. see here.http://www.collective-evolution.com/2017/08/15/study-reveals-big-pharma-paid-doctors-millions-of-dollars-to-push-opioids/
Apart from that alcoholism is a widespread problem but many people avoid to mention, pinpoint it for what it is: The most used and abused legal hard drug.
Yes and meditation can be a great help for AA-group members as well as for other recovering addicts 🙂 Thank you. Keep on your good work .
